On about August 1, 2023, IFI is planning to move / upgrade its consumer enrollees to the newer platform and products used by Privsy, www.privsy.com. All of our bank, credit union and other distribution partners have been informed and (should) have messages and/or updated content on their respective sites.
We appreciate there is a tremendous amount of phishing and cyber related risks in today’s environment. This helps justify and make maintaining your identity protection very important.
As always, we encourage you to not click on any links or provide any information to anyone that sends an email, text, letter, or any phone call to you. We will never ask for your personal information when we initiate the contact.

Privacy Systems, Inc. (aka Privsy) is a new corporation and brand of Identity Fraud, Inc. (IFI). Dating back over 20 years to 1997, IFI is one of the original providers of cyber insurance, identity insurance, identity protection, breach/ incident response and cyber risk management. Privsy provides an updated and broader scope of solutions than IFI’s more specific identity protection. The newer brand will also help provide the foundation for and reinforce the importance of broader privacy and security solutions going forward for the next 20 years.

There are two main reasons for the move. Firstly, IFI currently operates two distinct online platforms to provide its products and services to clients. Consumers are delivered solutions from the identityfraud.com platform. Business commercial accounts obtain cyber insurance from the more sophisticated bizlock.net platform, which is the same platform that supports privsy.com. It is easier, safer and less expensive to operate one platform.

Secondly, privacy and security consumer and business issues are broader, more complex and encompass more risk than personal identity theft risks. The Privsy brand and products bring more solutions to IFI prospects, customers and partners.

Most customers/members will migrate on/about August 1, 2023.

No, the old site at identityfraud.com will be redirected to the new privsy.com domain.

There will be very few action items and/or adversity. IFI remains the same company, having the same team, processes, reporting, compliancy, etc.


Current member enrollees will be seamlessly migrated (no immediate action on their part) to the same or better products and services, at no additional cost, as each member will be migrated into the new programs. Upon the anniversary / renewal of each individual member program, respectively, new payment details will need to be provided as we will not be migrating payment details. (This is applicable only to members that have purchased our programs with a payment card, not ‘group’ enrollees per se).

Upon logging in, you will need to create a new password to gain access, which you can do by clicking on the Create New / Recover Lost password tab on the website. And, depending on how you pay for your program, you will need to update your payment details before your next monthly or annual renewal to allow us to continue to renew your protection. We will, however, continue to send out our normal renewal emails, but they will come from Privsy and from team@privsy.com. (Please whitelist this domain in your email) Also, any prior discount or promotional codes that you have used will remain active and continue.

Also, upon logging into the new Customer Center, review the new layout and review which risk management tools are available for activation. You should review your monitoring tools (if any) to see if they are active and/or being fully utilized.

Upgrades can occur at your renewal or anniversary date. Just give us a call or send us an email to request a call back.
